With older versions of HSTracker (v1.104 or earlier) you need to make sure all items are displayed before the update.
- Open your existing HSTracker
- Select Hardware and press Find while holding shift to find and display all hardware items
- Select Software and press Find while holding shift to find and display all software items
- Quit HSTracker
- Follow the instructions here.
